Hotel Cantaritos Double Room

Positive: The location was good. It was within walking distance from the beach. Negative: The floor was lifting and unstable, there was no AC only a window where mosquitoes were coming in from, was not told TV was not working upon checking in. We didn’t even end up staying there for these reasons. Lost our reservation because we could not stay there in that condition.

I did not stay there Positive: The hotel had plumbing issues and they had me cancel my stay but have not give me my money back I requested it and its been 5 days and they still have not sent me my money Negative: if I actually had a room and not go through the issues of booking a separate room.

No es un lugar familiar Negative: Estaba sucio, ademas el agua o era muy caliente o muy fria pero no se podia regular y la presion pesima. No tiene aire acondicionado, ni para estacionar tu carro para casi 5000 pesos que me cobraron por una noche de cama doble. Y no es para familia la musica se termino a las 4 am asi que no puedes descansar.

Really bad experience Positive: The location was ok Negative: There was no ac the room was super hot there was no toilet paper there no parking and the receptionist lied saying that papa's and beer had an agreement to let hotel cantaritos customers park In there parking area when I went to park my car they said that wasn't true and that they lied to me. I went back to the hotel and canceled my reservation and left an hour after I had booked it. I'm so disappointed. It's a super bad experience....

Positive: Very clean and host is very good.
